Protect crystal products from heavy impact and sharp scratches. Wipe them gently with a soft dry cloth to keep the surface clear and clean.

1. Small differences in texture, bubbles and light refraction are normal characteristics of crystal craftsmanship.

2. Dust with a soft dry or microfibre cloth. Use a slightly damp cloth for light marks and dry the surface immediately.

3. Avoid hard impact, dropping and sharp abrasion. Wrap and protect each piece during installation and transport.

4. Avoid sudden temperature changes, naked flames and continuous high heat, which may cause cracking.

5. Do not use strong acids or alkalis, abrasive powder or rough cleaning tools. Tighten installation screws only moderately to avoid pressure damage.
