All wood products are made from natural solid timber sourced to the highest FSC environmental standards. Selective and thinning cuts help ensure durability and consistently high quality.

1. Solid wood is a natural material with unique grain and colour. Slight colour and grain changes caused by temperature or humidity are normal, and the tone will gradually deepen over time.

2. Keep the surface dry and clean. Dust with a soft dry cotton cloth and avoid prolonged contact with water, soaking or splashing; wipe away moisture promptly in kitchens and bathrooms.

3. Do not expose the finish to strong acids or alkalis, disinfectants, alcohol, oil or dyes, which may corrode, discolour or crack the coating.

4. Avoid impact, sharp scratches, excessive pulling and prolonged direct sunlight.

5. If the surface becomes dry or dull after long use, apply a small amount of specialist wood-wax oil and polish it thinly. Avoid heavy oil build-up, and tighten installation screws moderately to prevent cracking.
